hello, i have used several
meters for the
past twelve years. This product is amazingly different. i have not even
used any support guidelines becs it is instructionally excellent.
please, let us know as soon as a new software upgrade is available
either by email or web. please, keep up the good and excellent good

Always power meter with provided power supply when
upgrading software. Keep your meter plugged in and
powered
until the
upgrade is completed and the meter has rebooted and is showing the
menu. Failure to follow these instructions can cause damage
to
your meter.
